The first (4) pictures are from when we took them off of the shelf prior to reconditioning.

Now, before you go any further please note that we do not use the words “Re-manufactured”. NAS uses the terms “Class A Recondition”.

Each breaker is disassembled to the smallest part, cleaned, re-plated with “Aircraft Plating”, properly lubed and built back up to perfection. The arc chutes and pole pieces are baked properly in our large industrial oven. Once the breaker is put back together properly each one is put through a rigorous test. The customer will receive a complete test report and each GE AM4.16-250 is backed by our 1 year warranty.
